Dec. 7:
Big news today was ISA DAY, were I got to do what ever I wanted!!!!!! I started out with Mc Donald's Breakfast. Then we went to the zoo. I liked the zoo. I had one very favourite animal which the panther that dad was playing with, it was pouncing and getting in its attack position. Then for lunch we had Mc Donald's and did some shopping then i was home doing homework. Then for dinner can you guess what we are having Mc Donald's! I had a great dayI hope you did too. Bye.

Dec. 6: Today we went to a couple very crazy buildings made by Antoni Gaudi. Dad is a big fan of Gaudi. First we went to his Casa Mila which was completed 100 yeas ago, and I was mesmerized by his curves and his love of nature. Then we went to his Park Guell, that was where he lived. Picasso grew up here and I think he might have been inspired by Gaudi. Then for dinner we went to a very nice place called Moo. Unfortunately I had a bad meal but the people were so nice. Now we are at home happy and STUFED.

Dec. 5: Today we drove to Barcelona. It was 4 hours and I almost got car sick. When we go there we walked to the famous street La Rumbla and saw a Gaudi building (more to come on him) and had tapas. Later mom and dad went out for dinner and brought me back a McChicken. I ate that in one minute. TTYL

Dec. 4: Today we went to a park that is right out side our Monastery. It is a huge park with tons of water falls and caves. There were falcons and ponds filled with fish. We were walking around there for a long time. Then we went on a tour the monastery,which was once a Muslim castle. After the reconquest in 1195, it was turned into a monastery. This is the first place they made chocolate in Europe after one of the monks came back with Cortez from the new world in 1535.  Later we did some relaxing and then homework. Now we are relaxing till bed.

Dec. 3:
Today we drove from Madrid to the Monastery of Piedra on the way to Barcelona. We drove for 3.5 hours and once we got here we had lunch. After lunch I did some home work while mum and dad went for a walk in the park. For dinner I had pizza. We are the only people in huge Monastery! Now we are just relaxing till bed. Night!

Dec. 2: Happy December 2 :)
Today was a great day. We woke up and were out the door soon after to go to church. Church was in a big building with lots of painting and they look so new and alive. After church we went for lunch. Lunch I have to say was a little disapointing but we all lived. Then we went to this marvellous park with these photos of different animals with the facts about them. Then we walked to a small palace made of glass. In the palace there was a exhibit that had a lot of strings, but the point behind the strings was to find two small diamond rings. One was on a string and the other in a small patch of grass. Then we went home and relaxed. For dinner we went for sushi. It was not the best but it will do. Good night one and all! Oh, and merry christmas!

I need a rest

Dec. 1:
Today is going to be mostly about Egypt. We first went to the Egyptian temple of Debod. It is in Spain not because there were ever any ancient Egyptians here but because Egypt gave it to Spain as thanks for help in the 1960's. The temple was started in the 2nd Century BC then enlarged and dedicated to the goddess Isis. Isis is a goddess that married her brother and they had a son with an hawk as its head. There are three stone gateways into the building. The temple is an UNESCO world heritage site, which mum really loves! Later we did homework at home for the rest of the day. We had paella for dinner. Thats all for today TTYL.
