Nov. 21: Today we drove for two hours to get to our next stop which is Cordoba. Once we were at the hotel I did some homework then we went out for dinner. We went around the cathedral and thru the Museo de bellas artes while we looked for a good Moroccan restaurant. I am getting a little bored of spanish food over and over and over again. I had couscous and I loved it. Then we went to our hotel for a good nights rest. ZZZZZzzzzz

Nov 20: Today we all got up and had an ok breakfast still at the convent at the Alhambra. After homework we went to two museums within the Alhambra. On the way we stopped at the ruins of the baths that were right next to where the main mosque was. Then on to the first museum which was the museum of the Alhambra which had coins, toys, shoes and potter from the Moorish times here. The next museum was the Fine arts museum with no pictures allowed. After that I went home and mom and dad went walking the Alhambra and the Carmen de los Martires gardens next door. Tomorrow we are off to Cordoba.

Nov. 19:
Today we woke up early to go on a three hour tour of the Alhambra. I had a hard time waking up but after a little while I was up and at it. The Alhambra is a huge collection of palaces and gardens that was started by the Moors over 1000 years ago. The Christian King and Queen, Ferdinand and Isabella captured the Alhambra in 1492 to end Moorish rule in Spain. That same year they sent Christopher Columbus off to find the new world. In the 1500s Charles V made the biggest palace here. That was our first stop, nice and big but not my cup of tea. Then we went to the summer palace of the Sultin and thru the rest of the gardens. We meet a lot of cats at lunch and mum was feeding six of them all at once. I made a friend it was the cutest tiny kitten. In the afternoon we went to the view point our tour guide recommended to look back at the Alhambra, and not to far from that was the cathedral. The cathedral was very big and very white and gold. Next to the cathedral is a chapel where we saw the tomes of Ferdinand and Isabella. Now we are home blogging to bed.

Nov,18:
Today we left our nice b&b near Ronda and came to Granada. We drove for two and a half hours, but I didn't get car sick luckily. We are staying in an old convent in the Alhambra. More on the Alhambra tomorrow after our 3 hour tour. We went to a church (Santa Anna) once we got to Granada which was small but beautiful with gold but not too showy. Now we are going for dinner and then to bed. Good night all.

Nov. 17:
Today me and dad went to a small town called Setenil that had a lot of caves. The town might be filled with Troglodytes as it is built under the caves. We got lost on the way there because I was navigating and the road we took was horribly muddy, rocky and very dangers. Then we were just at home for the rest of the day and I did some work.

Nov. 16:
Today we are went on a day trip to Ronda. Ronda is very nice and it is a nice size too. We first went to the cliffs. They were very steep. I was worried we were all going to fall down and it would seem like we were falling for ever. Then we went to the bull fighting ring, there was a museum about bull fights and horses, but I never liked bull fights. Then we walked in a little park for a while and found lots of cats. We went down a path that led to the most beautiful photo. We crossed a huge bridge and we also went in it. First museum of the day was the history of the area all the way back 100,000 years. Next we went to the Picasso museum but sadly I was never a big fan of his art. We also went to the bandits museum, just like Robin Hood. Then we went to the Moorish bathes and I thought it was very high tech for that time. Ronda was one of the last Moorish holdouts as the Christians pushed them off the continent by the late 1400s. On the way home we crossed the bridge again and mum and dad took at least one million photos. Now we are at out hotel. Good night all.
