Oct. 30: HI!!! Today more homework, then we went to see Belem Tower, and walked around the Belem area. We stopped for lunch at a recommended place and I had my first martini (which was really a tomato consume gazpacho with a jelly olive). Then we came home and relaxed till we went out again to see a beautiful gilt gold church, the Church of Sao Roque. We tried to get to the design museum but they were closing so we did a little shopping instead, I thought that was better. For dinner we went to a nice place that was called Alma, and had really good food! Good Night.

Oct. 29: Today I was not feeling good so I stayed at home while mum and dad did all the fun stuff. I don't know what they did and I was playing and working.
We (dad and mom) toured the archeological museum, the Lisboa Storey museum, stopped for a ginjinha and finished with a great meal at 100 Maneiras.

Oct 28: Today we started with walking around then seeing a castle that had lots of cats and peacocks. Then we went to church in a cathedral and back home. After a while of sitting and relaxing dad went out for a speed walk and me and mum went out for a meander. For dinner we had some good food at a small place that was not too far I thought it was ok, but now we are just having a good time at home.

Oct.27: Today we drove to Lisbon where we will be for five days. It was a three hour drive, but we had a break for lunch at Quinta das Largrimas in a 700 year old garden with a real princess tale from 500 years ago. After lunch we saw a mini town for kids (Portugal dos Pequenitos). It had a church a castle and mimi museums. When we got to Lisbon we went straight to our hotel. I like the hotel it is very modern. We had dinner and now are just relaxing into our hotel. Good Night!!!

Oct 26:

Today is a very special day because we are introdusing a new member to the blog group, his name is Christofer, but we will talk more about him later. To start the day off we walked to the train station and saw some beautiful murals. Then we walked to the Fanciscan church and the catacombs. Then we saw the Bolsa (commerce centre) with a different architect for each room. We did some shopping and dad went speed walking while mum and me took a bus tour. Dad got lost and we were almost late for going to that amazing restaurant that I told you all about yesterday, and that is where we met Christopher who put the restaurant Ode together and was our host (more like a good old friend). At Ode we had as great a meal as ever : ). Christofer send our complements to the chef but save some for you too. Good night All ZZZzzz

Oct 25:
Today we did a bus tour and some walking. We also went to a small museum that had a lot about the history of port. We found a nice place for lunch and dad had a funky looking sandwich called a Francesisha. From the restaurant we could see the river of Porto and the impressive north side of the bank, with boats on the river, gondolas in the sky and funiculars going up and down the hills. But I enjoyed watching a group of cats the most.  Then we went to Taylor's which is a place were they make port wine. At Taylor's they had peacocks, fish and a wonderful garden. Dad had a special glass of wine, it was made around 155 years ago and it is the last of its kind. For me the star of the day was the dinner. Most memorable, greatest, and most comfortable, we went to ODE. Great food, amazing service (less service and more like a friendly guide), and in a cute little building. after that great experience we watched Hugo at the hotel. Good night everyone.

Oct 24:
Minus 1 hour time change going into Portugal.
We drove for the first day in a long time, and of course I got car sick. When we got into Porto we first went to our hotel whitch seems great. They have wifi good food and we are going to have a family movie night tonight. Dad walked the city while I did homework and mum moaned in bed. Mum is still sick so we are also having room serves!!! I have a good feeling about this. Goodbye all!!!!  

Oct 23:
Today Su,and Loire left :(. Me an dad had breakfast mum didn't come because she is sick). After breakfast dad went off to find some museums. I stayed at home with mum till dad came back and he took me out. We had a good dinner and came home to a happy family. Good night
