Dec. 5: Today we drove to Barcelona. It was 4 hours and I almost got car sick. When we go there we walked to the famous street La Rumbla and saw a Gaudi building (more to come on him) and had tapas. Later mom and dad went out for dinner and brought me back a McChicken. I ate that in one minute. TTYL
Elena and I saw Barcelona one summer at the start of a cruise that went around the Mediterranean, ending in Venice. We enjoyed almost all of Gaudi's great buildings, apartments and houses, the big still unfinished cathedral and his amazing park. One of my favorites was a large apartment/house that had a good English speaking guided tour We went along La Rambla and ate quite a fews tapas-some were much better than others.I'm sure Barcelons will be a hi lite on your Spanish saga.
