Jan. 18: Today we got up early again to get on the road to go from Milan, Italy to Vals, Switzerland. We were in the car for approximately 3 hours but we made a detour to stop at Lake Como. It was very cold at Lake Como so we could only be out of the car for a few minutes. We were then on the road in Switzerland which was sunny and beautiful but curvy and snowy and I got a little car sick. When we got to Vals we had a wonderful time at the natural hot springs. We are staying next to the hot springs spa designed by one of my dad's favourite architects, Peter Zumthor.

Switzerland is so beautiful. I've thought that it is like BC but with cows and castles
