April 29: We woke up in Bulgaria and started the day with a tour of the ancient capital, Vliko. Then we saw some pretty cool stuff in the village of Arbanassi which is know for the rose products and we got some too. We went to a small church with lots of colorful murals inside and at the end to the day we saw folk dancing.

April 28: Excursion to Constanta which is also on the Black sea near the Danube. We saw some Roman ruins and a statue of the Roman poet, Ovid, who was banished here in 8AD after writing "The Art of Love". We saw some nice ancient jewellery in the history museum and went to a church with lots of gold. In the end we touched the black sea again.

April 27: Second day on the Danube. The river ends in a marshy delta at the Black Sea. We took some small boats out to the Black Sea and saw some pelicans. We heard the history of Gypsies, who came from Pakistan and lived in the Danube delta. Then we started our journey up the Danube in the direction of our destination, Vienna.

April 26 First day of Danube tour began with a tour of Bucharest. Mom and dad went to see Dracula's castle which was the start of Bucharest. I learned a bit about communism where all the farmers got pulled off their farms and put in new towns so the farms could be joined into giant farms and some of the farmers could work in new factories. Then we got on our boat and headed down the Danube.

April 25: Today is very special, but I will get to that in one minute. First we went to see the
village Museum made up of all sorts of houses from the country side. My favourites were the little ones half in the ground. Then we went to the peasant museum. I was not a big fan of that museum but it was not very big. Once we were done with the museums we went home. After a small pooling we did a little more home work and got ready for a concert. On the way out to door the most spectacular thing happened. We  met up with Nana and Bubba who, I was starting to think we were not going to see till the next day when we go on a cruse up the Danube. Now we are doing last minuet packing and readying for bed. BYE BYE!
