Nov. 11:
Today it is sunday so we went to church. It was a beautiful church at the side of the main cathedral and the mass was only thirty minuets. Then we got a muffin and walked a little bit around the sunday market. Then we went to Alcazar palace. The Alcazar was very big, but no gold! Parts of the palace is over 1000 years old. The construction was started by the Moors who took over Spain for several hundred years and when they were forced out by the Christians the new kings kept adding to the palace. Lots of gardens, fish, orange trees and fountains. For lunch we had Mexican (Buenas Nachos) and in the evening we saw another flamenco dance performance so close we were hit by the dresses. For dinner we were just so lucky to find a sushi place called Kaede (same as my friend) that was good and reminded me of home. Now we are at home pretty tired so I think I need to have a long siesta.
